in Exterior Solar Lights, Solar Lights for Security

Outdoor lighting tends to consist mainly of entrance lights and perhaps the occasional path light. These mounts have been used and re-used so often that creating a home which stands out from the crowd can be difficult. The key to creating a unique and intriguing outdoor home is to seek out light fixtures that most other people haven’t employed in their designs. Some examples include string lights, floating light spheres and driveway lights. Driveway lights are one of my favorite type of outdoor light mount because they sit prominently at the entrance of your home. The driveway is the first thing people see when they pull up to your house, which places a premium on making a good first impression.

Driveway lights come in at least two different types, ones that are on a pole and ones that sit flush to the ground. Both types can line the edges of your driveway, showing the way at night. Solar technology has made its way into the outdoor driveway lighting and is used in many light mounts. Solar driveway lights don’t need any wires to operate, they run off of sunlight. Pole lights like the ones from Sunforce are simple to install and last for many years. The Sunforce Solar Driveway Markers are slightly different from conventional driveway lights in that users only use two lights, one at each side of the driveway.

With one light at each end of the entranceway, visitors can clearly see the boundaries of your driveway at night. Each light mount has a pole design which can be staked into any soft ground. Each mount uses a super bright LED light bulb which glows brightly in the color red. To save energy and make the lights more noticeable, the LED lights blink while on. The mounts are designed to be weather resistant and require no maintenance. To assemble, simple attach the stake to the light mount.

Each mount has a built in battery which can power the lights for up to eight hours during the night. A sensor tells the light to turn on at dusk, which means that users will never have to hassle with an on/off switch. The solar panel which captures the sunlight is hardly noticeable, as it sits inconspicuously on the top of the light. The mounts are features in a crisp white color for visibility. Each pack comes with two lights.
